Commercial & Industrial
CMS has been involved in the successful completion of the design and construction of commercial and industrial buildings for clients such as Goodman, Payce and Supamart IGA, in the capacity of the client's project manager. Always striving to provide a flexible tailored service from initial concept to project completion, on projects such as VISA Global Logistics Transport Warehouses (Dandenong VIC and Erskine Park NSW), Coles Myer Industrial Centre, The Apex Building Zetland commercial tenancies, Blaxland Shopping Villiage Arcade and the Festival Records Building in Miller Street Pyrmont.
Retail
CMS has successfully managed many supermarket fitouts for IGA and Supamart IGA, on both new stores and the refurbishment of existing stores. Our service on these retail projects is broad and ranges from assistance with the initial lease negotiations to design management, council approvals, building contractor engagement and construction supervision on behalf of the client, through to the store opening and the commencement of operations and trading.
Residential
We have been engaged as the developer's project manager in many large scale multi-unit residential construction projects in Sydney for Payce. We also pride ourselves on quality residential construction work as the builder. Having constructed a high end sophisticated luxury residence in Drummoyne and other complex construction projects, such as outdoor elevated pool and covered entertainment in Sydney’s south.
